1. About TrueYoke

TrueYoke is a character education and relationship readiness certification platform operated by TrueYoke, LLC, a subsidiary of XR Services, LLC. TrueYoke provides structured coursework, self-assessments, and personal growth tools designed to help individuals develop emotional intelligence, communication skills, and relationship readiness.

TrueYoke is NOT a dating app, escort service, or hookup platform. Our mission is education-first: "Love Starts with Learning."

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide truthful, accurate information during registration.
• You must not have been previously banned from TrueYoke for violations.

3. Account & Certification

Users earn certification tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) by completing educational courses and assessments. Certification reflects course completion and character development effort, not a guarantee of relationship success or compatibility with any individual.

4. YokeBadge & Connections

YokeBadge allows certified users to share their profile via QR code. Compatibility scores are based on self-reported assessment data and validated psychometric instruments. Scores are informational tools, not predictions of relationship outcomes.

Connecting with another user requires mutual consent. TrueYoke does not facilitate unsolicited contact.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Free Tier: Courses 1-7 (Bronze certification) at no cost.
• Paid Tier: Full 20-course certification with advanced features. Pricing displayed on our Pricing page.
• Payments processed securely via Stripe. TrueYoke does not store credit card information.
• Refund policy available at Refund Policy.

6. User Conduct

All users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy

Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. Assessment data used for matching is never sold to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrueYoke provides educational content and self-assessment tools. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or matchmakers. Users acknowledge that:

• Compatibility scores are informational, not guarantees.
• TrueYoke is not liable for outcomes of any connections made through the platform.
• Users interact with others at their own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

TrueYoke reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
