• Assessment Data: Quiz responses, reflection answers, temperament scores, compatibility preferences.
• Usage Data: Course progress, login timestamps, feature usage.
• Payment Data: Processed by Stripe. We do NOT store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver educational content and track course progress.
• To compute compatibility and sync scores between consenting users.
• To improve our assessment instruments and course content.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, notifications).

3. Data Sharing

We NEVER sell your personal data or assessment responses to third parties. Data is shared only:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., sharing reflections with a partner).
• With payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions.
• When required by law or valid legal process.

4. Deep Dive Data Protection

Sensitive assessment data (trauma awareness, upbringing, coping patterns) collected in Deep Dive modules is:

• Architecturally separated from matching algorithms.
• Used only for personal growth insights shown to the individual user.
• Never used for compatibility scoring or shared with connections.

5. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data at any time.
• Correction: Update inaccurate information via your profile.
• Deletion: Request complete account and data deletion by emailing support@trueyoke.com.
• Portability: Export your assessment results and reflections.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
