Our Commitment to Safety

TrueYoke cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to ensure user safety and legal compliance.

Emergency Situations

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. Then notify us at safety@trueyoke.com.

Law Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement agencies may submit requests to:

We respond to valid legal process including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants within the timeframes required by applicable law.

CSAM Reporting

TrueYoke maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material. Any detected or reported CSAM is:

• Immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
• Preserved as required by law.
• Results in immediate and permanent account termination.

Data Preservation

Upon receipt of a valid preservation request from law enforcement, TrueYoke will preserve relevant account data for 90 days, renewable upon request.
