Zero-Tolerance Policy

TrueYoke maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors. Violations result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund:

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment or Abuse: Threatening, intimidating, bullying, or stalking any user.
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Fraud or Scams: Catfishing, romance scams, financial solicitation, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Sexual Exploitation: Solicitation, trafficking, distribution of explicit content, or any form of sexual exploitation.
• CSAM: Any content involving minors is immediately reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Violence: Threats of physical harm, glorification of violence, or encouraging self-harm.
• Spam or Commercial Use: Unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, or commercial solicitation.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, TrueYoke staff, or law enforcement.
• Manipulation of Scores: Gaming assessments, creating fake accounts, or manipulating compatibility scores.

Reporting

Report violations to safety@trueyoke.com or use the in-app Report button. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Appeals

Terminated users may submit one appeal within 30 days to appeals@trueyoke.com. Appeals are reviewed within 14 business days.
