If you are not satisfied with your TrueYoke paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@trueyoke.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
2. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to the original payment method.

After 30 Days

• No refunds are issued after the 30-day window.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days but remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Couples plans follow the same 30-day policy from the date of couples plan activation.

Account Termination for Violations

Users terminated for Acceptable Use Policy violations are not eligible for refunds.

The Bronze certification (Courses 1-7) is free. No payment or refund applies.
